Smart Boards Arrive!
The CPEF has purchased 7 Interactive whiteboards, commonly called “smart boards” for the school system. These boards are a 3′ by 4′ wall board that displays to the students what is on the classroom computer. The teacher and students can then interact with the computer by touching the board to select items, move images, and even write on the board. Students find the whiteboard lessons more engaging and interesting than many other instructional methods. As the boards are installed, teachers will share how they use them. – See more at: http://www.cissnaparkfoundation.org/index.php/blog/smart-board-arrived/#sthash.caiwYCTd.dpuf
