5th Grade Uses Privacy Shields During Testing

Rhonda Kollmann’s fifth grade students are now using new blue privacy shields to create some personal space in the classroom thanks to the Education Foundation.   The class of 31 uses the shields during spelling test and then later a reading quiz.  In the computer lab, the green dividers enable the students to maintain privacy in a testing situation such as that of the upcoming PARCC. The dividers have been used by the fifth graders as well as by high school and junior high students in the junior high computer lab. The fifth graders also received clipboards (not pictured) that have been useful when students work in groups in the hallway or on the floor.
